Governor’s Initiative

UCP has trained staff available to provide Support Broker services, for individuals with disabilities participating in Self-Determination. This Initiative on Self-Determination provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to direct the planning and purchase of needed supports and services.  A Support Broker assist in this planning process, presently UCP is serving one individual who is living independently in the community.
