Community Mentors

Community Mentors is a service design by UCP that supports individuals with disabilities as they strive for independence and employment. Through Community Mentors individuals with disabilities receive mentoring that develops the social and life skills needed for independence and employment. This service is currently provided to residents of Somerset County. During fiscal year 2010, 285 hours of support were provided to 6 individuals.
