A.C.R.E.S. (Aging Caregivers Respite & Education Service)

A.C.R.E.S. is a family support service designed by UCP to meet the unique needs of individuals’ age 60+ caring for a loved one with a disability. Through A.C.R.E.S. these aging caregivers are provided with one to one respite support as well as educational services tailored to provide mature caregivers valuable information that will help with future planning for their family. This service is currently provided to residents of Morris and Hunterdon County.  During fiscal year 2010, 327 hours of support were provided to 8 caregivers.
